It's developed by Colorful Palette, an offshoot of Craft Egg, and published by SEGA.
@pjsekai_eng is an account run by haru that translates updates related to the Japanese release of Sekai for English-speaking players.An English version of the game is available, as well as Korean and Chinese versions.
